Catherine M. Morris 1965-2026

Cathy was born Oct. 8, 1965, in Warren, the daughter of Carol and Gene Binko.

Cathy graduated from Warren G. Harding High School, where she swam for the swim team, sang in the choir and attended Buckeye Girls State. She also graduated from Purdue University, where she was a member of Alpha Omicron Pi sorority.

Cathy worked as a lifeguard at the Warren Elks Club pool during high school and college. She retired as a quality control manager in 2021 from Strategic Asset Services LLC, based in Foothill Ranch, California.

Besides her husband Chris, Cathy leaves her children, Elizabeth Morris and Stephanie Morris; her brothers, Steve Binko and Mark Binko; four nieces and two nephews.

Cathy will be remembered as a beloved wife, mother, aunt and friend. She was always upbeat, even during her protracted illness.

Family and friends will be received Friday, May 29, 2026, with a celebration of life memorial service at 11 a.m. in the chapel at Christ Episcopal Church, 2627 Atlantic St. NE, Warren.
