Juvar D. King Jr. 1999-2026

Born Jan. 7, 1999, Juvar was the son of Michele Watson and Juvar D. King Sr.

He grew up in Warren and graduated from Warren G. Harding High School, where he played football and baseball. Juvar was a home renovator, following in his father’s footsteps. One thing for sure, Juvar was definitely a daddy’s boy. He enjoyed listening to old-school music, playing football and hanging out with his crew.

Juvar leaves to celebrate his life and cherish his memory, his mother, Michele Watson of Akron; four sisters, Miss Javanier King, Miss Ameera King, Miss Amina King and Miss Montana King, all of Warren; his two nanas, LaTanya Watson (Nana Tanya) and Awilda Bruner (Nana Bum); two grandmothers, Sharon King and Helen Mallory; two grandfathers, John Bruner and Darrell Mallory; two cousins (more like brothers), LeBrandon Watson and Ellijuan (Eli) Watson, with whom he grew up from diapers to diplomas; his unborn niece, who will know all about her uncle once she arrives; and a host of family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his dad, Juvar King Sr.; great-grandmothers, Lusandy “Grandma Jack” Watson and Ida Mae Williams; great-grandfather, Louie “Grandpa Lou” Watson; granddad, Randall Morgan; and his cousin, Ahmaze King Sr.

Calling hours will be 11 a.m. to noon Friday, May 1, 2026, at Second Baptist Church, 1510 Main Ave. SW, Warren, OH 44483, where services will begin at noon, with Pastor Dante Capers officiating.

Burial in Pineview Cemetery will follow.
