Marjorie Louff 1933-2026

WARREN — Marjorie Louff, 93, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2026, at St. Joseph Warren Hospital.

She was born Jan. 3, 1933, in Manchester, England, the daughter of William Evans and Emily Jane Owen Hall.

Marjorie retired from Hills Department Store as a department manager after 40 years. She served on the Altar Guild at her church when she lived in Los Gatos, California, and here at Christ Episcopal Church. She loved family gatherings, reading, crossword puzzles and traveling. Her travels included many returns to her British Isles, Norway, South America, the Bahamas and New Zealand.

She is survived by her daughters, Valerie (Michael) Andrews of San Jose, California, and Glynis Williams of Andover; grandchildren, Keith (Rebekah), Joy (Jeremy), Heather (Brandon), Nate (Amy) and David; and great-grandchildren, Jacob, Logan, Ethan, Jonathan and Lydia.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel Louff, and brother, Peter Hall.

A memorial service will be 3 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 28, 2026, at Christ Episcopal Church, 2627 Atlantic St. NE, Warren, OH 44483.

Friends may call 2 to 3 p.m. Saturday at the church.

The family asks that any donations be made to Christ Episcopal Church in Marjorie’s memory.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home.
