NILES — April Lynn Horsley, 43, died Friday, Feb. 6, 2026, at St. Joseph Warren Hospital.
She was born Aug. 9, 1982, in Warren, the daughter of Evelyn Coleman.
Survivors include her son, Charles Hartle Jr., and her daughter, Justine Hartle.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Charles Hartle Sr.; and one grandmother.
Calling hours will be 11 to 11:30 a.m. followed by services at 11:30 a.m. Saturday at the Holloway-Williams Funeral Home.
