Janice A. Sanson 1945-2026

She was born Feb. 18, 1945, in Fairmont, W.Va., a daughter of Harvey and Clara Vandergrift Kline.

Janice was a graduate of East Fairmont High School. On Nov. 1, 1964, she married Donald K. Sanson, and together they raised three sons.

Janice devoted her life to her family as a homemaker. She found joy in cheering on the Cleveland Guardians, playing cards and keeping up with her favorite television “stories.” Above all, she treasured time spent with her family.

Janice was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Donald; and her brothers, Harvey and Richard Kline.

She is survived by her sons, Jeffrey K. (Kelly) Sanson, Joseph S. (Angela) Sanson and Jason T. (Becky) Sanson; and her grandchildren, Josh Sanson, Olivia (Dustin) DeMarsico, Chelsea Sanson, Allison Sanson, Kyle Sanson and Zachary Sanson.

The family will hold a private graveside service, where Janice will be laid to rest beside her husband.
