Pauline O. Meszaros 1926-2025

She was born on March 15, 1926, in Yatesboro, Pa., the daughter of Antonio and Rose Taddeo Dorazio.

Pauline married the love of her life, George Meszaros, on Dec. 20, 1954, and together they built a beautiful life and raised their family.

She found great joy in embroidery, cross-stitching, garage sales and antiquing — hobbies that reflected her patience, creativity and gentle spirit. During her time in assisted living, she especially enjoyed playing Bingo and completing word searches.

Pauline is survived by her loving children, Mike (Mary) Meszaros, Mark (Patricia) Meszaros, Matthew (Kathleen) Meszaros, Martin (Tamara) Meszaros and Ann Marie (Tom) Pardue; her cherished grandchildren, Tony (Megan McBride) Meszaros, Mike (Jo Kieffer) Meszaros, Monica (Phillip) Howell, Matthew (Cassie) Meszaros and Kyle (Katelyn) Meszaros; her three great-grandchildren, Mayson and Parker Howell, and Magnolia Meszaros, with another great-grandchild expected in January.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, George; her beloved stepson, George “Sonny” Meszaros; her siblings, Ann Julliette, Teresa McKay, Silvio Dorazio and Nick Dorazio; and her childhood, lifelong friend, Julie Melnick of Yatesboro, Pa.

Private services will be held at Lane Funeral Home, Mineral Ridge Chapel.
