Susie B. Troyer 1933-2025
MIDDLEFIELD TOWNSHIP — Susie B. Byler Troyer, 91, died Thursday afternoon, Oct. 30, 2025, at UH-Geauga Medical Center.
She was born Nov. 13, 1933, in Mesopotamia, the daughter of Jake and Amanda Miller Byler.
She was devoted to her family and her faith in the Lord.
Susie is survived by her daughters, Linda Shank, Barb Weaver, Karen Detweiler, Carol Byler and Bonnie Troyer; 14 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and a sister, Clara Troye.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Troyer; daughter, Cathy Mullett; and 10 siblings.
Calling hours were Sunday at New Mercies Community Church, Burton. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at the church.
Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Burton Township.
Arrangements were handled by Best Funeral Home, Middlefield.
