Ruth E. O’Connell 1949-2025
GIRARD — Ruth E. O’Connell, 76, died Thursday, Oct. 30, 2025, at St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital.
She was born June 15, 1949, in Youngstown, a daughter of Raymond and Margaret Maloney O’Connell.
She previously worked at Big Lots.
Survivors include her daughters, Lynn and Lisa Rivera; and brother, Pat O’Connell.
There will be no services.
