Owen M. Cofer 1996-2025
WARREN — Owen Mitchell Cofer, 29, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, Oct. 23, 2025, at St. Joseph Warren Hospital.
He was born Oct. 11, 1996, in Warren, the son of Jason M. Cofer and the late Melissa Anne Silman.
Owen graduated from Inverness High School in Florida. He enjoyed four-wheeling, camping and animals, and he was a good cook.
He is survived by his father, Jason M. Cofer of Warren; sister, Reece Cofer of San Francisco, California; stepsiblings, Edwon Carter and Arianna Loudermilk; maternal grandmother, Denise Wargo; and paternal grandmother, Maryanne Silman.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Melissa Anne Silman.
Services will be 1:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 30, 2025, at the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home.
Friends may call from 12:30 p.m. until service time on Thursday at the funeral home.
Interment will be in All Souls Cemetery, Bazetta Township.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home.
