Frank P. Bagaglia 1960-2025

WARREN — Frank P. Bagaglia, 65, passed away Friday, Oct. 10, 2025, surrounded by his family, at Hospice House in Poland, after a brief and unexpected illness.
He was born Feb. 4, 1960, in Warren, a son of Frank R. and Linda M. Colecchi Bagaglia.
He graduated from Warren G. Harding High School in 1978 and later earned an associate degree in liberal arts from Ashland University. Frank worked at General Motors in Lordstown and was a proud member of the UAW until he retired.
Frank was incredibly talented when it came to art — he loved drawing and painting, and even designed and drew the etchings on his parents’ gravestone. He was happiest outdoors, spending time hunting, fishing and practicing archery. He also had a passion for building and flying RC planes, and most recently, he got into restoring old tractors and motors.
Anyone who knew Frank would tell you that he never met a stranger. He had a great sense of humor, a trait his whole family shared. But more than anything, he loved being with his family. His nieces and nephews meant the world to him and he loved them like they were his own kids.
Frank leaves behind his beloved best friend and companion, Charlotte Burt of Warren; his mother, Linda M. Bagaglia of Cortland; his brothers and sisters, Anna Maria Loney (Bob) of Cortland, Cyndy Wood (Harry) of Eaton Rapids, Michigan, Ron Bagaglia (Wendy) of Fowler, Michael Bagaglia of Cortland, and Marina Best (Mike) of Cortland. He also leaves behind 16 nieces and nephews, and 20 great-nieces and great-nephews.
Frank was preceded in death by his father, Frank R. Bagaglia Jr., and two great-nephews, Abiah Childress and Trevor Robinson.
Calling hours will be 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 17, 2025, at St. Teresa of Calcutta Parish-St. Mary Church, 232 Seneca Ave. NE, Warren, OH 44481, where the funeral Mass will be celebrated at 2:30 p.m. Friday. All who knew and loved Frank are welcome to attend and honor his remarkable life.
In honor of Frank’s deep love of pets and animals, the family asks that any memorial donations be made to the Animal Welfare League of Trumbull County or The Healthy Hearts and Paws Project in his memory.
