Carol S. Steen 1954-2025
WARREN — Carol S. Steen, 71, died Friday, Oct. 10, 2025, at St. Joseph Warren Hospital.
She was born May 13, 1954, in Warren, a daughter of Carl Edgar and Eulene Kay Sowers Beer.
Carol retired from the Warren City Schools food service department, after 20 years.
Carol was active in the Tod Avenue United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Harold Steen; her mother, Eulene Kay Beer; her children, Kurt Steen and Loni Steen; and many other foster children; brother, Eugene Beer; and sisters, Sandra Kerfoot and Lori Bates.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Ashlie Steen.
Services will be held at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 14, 2025, at the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.
