Evelyn Molinatto 1940-2025

WARREN — Evelyn “Jane” Molinatto, 85, passed away Saturday morning, Aug. 30, 2025, at Community Skilled Healthcare.
Jane was born Jan. 3, 1940, in Windham, a daughter of the late Melvin Otto and Vina May Haines.
She married the love of her life, Thomas A. Molinatto, on Jan. 11, 1958; and they began their family together.
She worked at the Tribune Chronicle and was a member of Believers Church in Warren.
She was a proud homemaker and loved taking care of her family and children while they were growing up. She loved having family gatherings and cooking for everyone. She had a creative artistic side and loved to draw. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family, especially her children and grandchildren.
Jane will be deeply missed by her loving children, Jane (Joseph) Grimm, Donald (Laurie) Molinatto and Jennifer Molinatto; 10 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; brother, Gerald (Peggy Jo) Haines; and sisters, Edith Sampson and Peggy Miller.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas, who passed away Nov. 19, 2001; brothers, Ed, Dean and Donald Haines; and sisters, Goldie Kerr, Ruth Wishart, Norma Webb, Erma Bayus and Thelma Winkle.
Family and friends may visit from noon to 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 20, 2025, at Lane Funeral Homes, Roberts Clark Chapel, 180 Garfield Drive NE, Warren, where a memorial service will follow at 1 p.m.
