Susan Miller Fetterolf 1948-2025
NEWTON FALLS — Susan Miller Fetterolf, 77, passed peacefully on Wednesday, July 30, 2025, at her residence. Susan was adopted at the age of 17 months by her parents, William “Bill” and Margaret “Peg” Miller.
She retired as a waitress from Travel Centers of America (TA) in Austintown.
Susan had been given a guitar at the age of 6, which encouraged music interests that were carried with her for the rest of her life. Also known as “Suzy Lane, she was a performing musician for 40 years. Among her other interests were bowling, fishing, playing cards, riding motorcycles, stray animals and reading the Bible.
Sue is survived by her loving husband, Gideon “Bud” Fetterolf, whom she married June 3, 1983; her daughter, Wendi Sue (Jim) Lopez; and her granddaughter, Alexandria Rodi (Nick).
