Mary K. Cleland 1947-2025
FOWLER — Mary Kathryn Cleland, 77, formerly of Mayfield, passed away surrounded by family, Friday, Aug. 1, 2025.
She was born Dec. 23, 1947, in Warren, a daughter of William G. and Margaret Dahman Cleland.
She was a graduate of Kent State University.
Mary was a nurse at the University Hospital in Cleveland, retiring as assistant head nurse.
She belonged to Nottingham Baptist Church in Willoughby, where she was very active in missions.
Mary is survived by a sister, Margaret Rising of Fowler, and two brothers, Tom (Sue) Cleland of Fowler and David Cleland of Pompano Beach, Florida.
Graveside services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 9, 2025, at Johnston North Cemetery, with the Rev. David Fergason officiating.
