Margie E. Green 1925-2025
NILES — Margie E. Green, 99, died Monday, Aug. 18, 2025, at Antonine Village, North Jackson.
She was born Nov. 19, 1925, in South Pittsburgh, Tennessee, a daughter of Henry and Allie Crow Murray.
She was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include sons, Gary, Jimmy and Randi Green; daughter, Vickie Porter; brother, David Murray; 15 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Green; five sons, Joe, Larry, Ken, Clinton and Rickie; daughter, Gail; and three grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday, at the Holloway-Williams Funeral Home, with calling hours 10 to 11 a.m.
Burial will be in Kerr Cemetery.
