Kathryn N. Brobst 1919-2025

She was born Aug. 12, 1919, in Akron, the daughter of the late Theodore Amos and the late Minnie Minerva Fausnight Brumbaugh.

Kathryn was a graduate of Braceville High School and was a homemaker. She was a devout Christian and was always involved in the church.

She is survived by her children, Daniel Brobst, Cynthia (John) Merva and Rex Brobst; grandchildren, Matthew (Leslie), Rachel (John), Zane (Kate) and Joshua (Melissa); and nine great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Brobst; and siblings, Elmer, Viola, Elsie, Ralph, Walter, Forrest, Ruth, Lloyd and Doris.

Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 5, 2025, at Windham Bible Church, 9550 Windham Parkman Road, Windham, OH 44288, where Pastor Robert Harner and Pastor Matthew Brobst will officiate.

Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m. Monday, Aug. 4, 2025, and 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesday at the church.

Interment will be in Windham Cemetery.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home.
