Jennifer L. Lesnoski 1949-2025

POLAND — Jennifer Lee Lesnoski, 76, passed away peacefully Tuesday, Aug. 12, 2025, surrounded by her family.

Jennifer was born July 7, 1949, in Pittsburgh, Pa., a daughter of Robert and Rhoda Dimling Snapp. She was a graduate of Keystone Oaks High School.

Jennifer, known by many as Jenny, moved to Warren in 1974. She was a devoted homemaker who lovingly cared for her home. She found joy and purpose raising her family. She started many family traditions that her children will carry with them always and continue to share with their families.

Jennifer was a talented artist, known for stunning skill in pen and ink. Her hobbies included crafting, reading, crossword puzzles and photography. Christmas was her favorite holiday. She made every Christmas special for her family. Her handcrafted stockings, unique Christmas cards and handmade gifts made each holiday a treasured time for her children and grandchildren.

Jennifer will always be remembered by her husband of 25 years, Leonard “Les” Lesnoski of Poland; daughter, Tracy (Theodore) Rinehart of Warren; son, Joe (Lacey Ay) Hison of Newton Falls; daughter, Kelly Hison of Niles; grandchildren, Hannah (Jordan) Sams of Niles, Christian and Theodore Rinehart of Warren, Tayla Malacina of South Carolina, Emma Hison of Newton Falls, Zoie Hison of Niles, Briahna Fellows of Niles, and Liam Hison of Mansfield; great-grandchildren, Levi and Asher; sister, Greta (Charlie) Crist of Pennsylvania; and many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, Jennifer was preceded in death by her two sisters, Bonnie Snapp and Linda Portman.

Family and friends may visit and pay tribute to Jennifer during memorial calling hours, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 20, 2025, at Peter Rossi and Son Memorial Chapel of Warren, 1884 North Road NE, Warren.

A funeral service will follow 1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
