James H. Everman 1953-2025
ANAHEIM, California — James Herbert Everman, 71, passed away on Thursday, Aug. 7, 2025, at the Brae Rehab Hospital in Brae, California, following an extended illness.
Jim was born Nov. 27, 1953, in Warren, the son of Herbert M. and June Warnock Everman. He moved to the California area many years ago.
Jim graduated from Niles McKinley High School and served in the United States Air Force. He retired several years ago from the United States Postal Service as their electrician and maintenance supervisor.
Jim is survived by his wife, Lan Everman; sister, Beatrice “Bea” (Paul) Parker; and brother, Charles (Cindy) Everman, all of Niles; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Angela Benevidas; brother, Thomas Everman; and sister, Shirley Ann McCune.
Funeral services and burial will be held for his family in California.
Local arrangements are by the Holeton-Yuhasz Funeral Home, Niles.
