Delbert G. Perkins 1938-2025
NEWTON FALLS — Delbert Gene Perkins, 87, died Wednesday, July 30, 2025.
He was born March 30, 1938, in Randolph County, W.Va., a son of Fleming H. and Nancy Dean Perkins.
He retired as a press operator at Falls Steel and Tube in Newton Falls.
Delbert was preceded in death by two sisters and one brother.
