Charles R. Martini 1956-2025
								WARREN — Charles R. Martini, 69, went home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Thursday, Aug. 14, 2025, at Hospice House in Poland, following a long illness.
Charles was born Feb. 10, 1956, in Youngstown, a son of the late George and Emma Kernyat Martini.
A lifelong area resident, Charles was a 1975 graduate of East High School in Youngstown.
Charles was a strong Christian. He and his wife, Kay, attended North Mar Church in
Warren, where Charles served in the food pantry. He also attended several Bible studies there so he could continue to grow stronger in his faith and in his relationship with Jesus.
Charles was an avid Cleveland Browns and Ohio State football fan, and a country music fan.
Charles was preceded in death by his beloved wife, the former Kay Gardner, and his oldest brother, James M. Martini Sr.
He is survived by his sister-in-law, Karen Martini of Hubbard; three brothers, George (Anne) Martini of Austintown, Robert (Kathy) Martini of Youngstown and Stephen (Pam) Martini of Boardman. Charles also leaves three nephews, James Martini Jr., Mark (Jakki) Martini and Matthew (Alice) Martini; great-nephew, Mark Martini Jr.; and great-nieces, Emma Martini and Lillie Klamer, and Dolores and Emma Hosey.
A funeral service will be 11 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 21, 2025, at North Mar Church, 3855 E. Market St., Warren, OH 44484. Friends will be received at 10 a.m., prior to the service.
