WARREN — Brandon Michael Neilan, 33, died Wednesday, July 16, 2025. A cause is pending.
He was born Feb. 18, 1992, a son of Donald Neilan and Stacy Shively Neilan.
He was a carpenter at BrandSafway.
Survivors include his parents; brother, Christian Neilan; and two grandparents.
Brandon was preceded in death by two grandparents.
Calling hours will be 4 to 6 p.m. Friday at Staton-Borowski Funeral Home.
