Larry V. Smoot Sr. 1950-2025
BROOKFIELD — Larry V. Smoot Sr., 74, died Monday, June 2, 2025, at Sharon Regional Health System.
Larry was born July 3, 1950, in Sharon, Pa., to Edward and Mary Hill Smoot.
He served in the U.S. Air Force Reserve.
Survivors include his wife, Lois Lyth-Smoot; sons, Larry Jr. of Brookfield, Brian of Medina, David of Cuyahoga Falls and Steven of Brookfield; six grandchildren; and sisters, Linda Kurtzman of Greenville, Pa., Susan Levering of Indianapolis, Indiana, and Becky Terkhorn of Seymour, Indiana.
He was preceded in death by a brother.
In accordance with his wishes, no calling hours or services will be held.
