Julia L. Marinkovich 1966-2025

She was born on Feb. 19, 1966, in Fairmont, W.Va., to Charles and Donna Mackey.

Julie was a Howland High School graduate with the class of 1984.

She was a faithful member of the Bolindale Christian Church serving in many capacities, including pastor, deaconess and chairman of the board. She was a member of the Howland Township Zoning Board.

She enjoyed reading and gardening. She enjoyed spending time with her family and spoiling her children and grandchildren. She will be missed by those who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Marinkovich; mother, Donna Mackey; and sister, Tracey Mackey.

She is survived by her sons, Jacob and Jaison Marinkovich; granddaughters, Madylin, Kaytlin and Alyvia Marinkovich; father, Charles Mackey; sister, Laurie VanFossen; niece and nephew, Ashley VanFossen and Drew (Samantha) VanFossen; great-niece, Elizabeth Van Fossen; along with numerous other extended family members.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Bolindale Christian Church, 2749 Fairview Ave. SE, Warren, OH 44484.

Calling hours will be held 11 a.m. to noon Thursday, June 5, 2025, at Bolindale Christian Church, 2749 Fairview Ave. SE, Warren, OH 44484, with a funeral service to follow at noon.

Interment will be in Howland Township Cemetery.

The family is in the care of Lane Funeral Home, Roberts-Clark Chapel.
