Dorothy K. Palcich 1951-2025

Dorothy was born July 19, 1951, in Warren, a daughter of Ezra and Anne Treager Barr. She was a 1969 graduate of Liberty High School and later graduated with her BS in education from Youngstown State University.

For 16 years, she was a teacher at Victory Christian School in Liberty Township, retiring in 2012.

Dorothy was a woman of great faith; she attended and was very involved in the Old North Church in Canfield.

Dorothy will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by her family: her husband, Gregory P. Palcich, whom she married June 17, 1972; her sons, Gregory L. (Christy) Palcich of Fort Worth, Texas, Adam P. (Stephanie) Palcich of Fairport, New York, and David M. (Heather) Palcich of Twinsburg; five grandchildren, Alexandra (Ben) Revell, Calli Thomas, Ethan Palcich, Jacob Palcich and Lillian Palcich; and two great-grandchildren, Emerson Revell and Jane Revell. She also leaves her sisters, Anna Lee (John) Heinl of Mantua and Sandra Dills of Girard.

There will be a service held at noon Wednesday, June 18, 2025, with calling hours prior to the service, from 10 a.m. to noon at Kyle Funeral Homes Vienna Chapel, 4471 Warren-Sharon Road, Vienna, OH 44473.

Memorial contributions may be made in Dorothy’s memory to the Rescue Mission of Mahoning Valley, P.O. Box 298, Youngstown, OH 44501.
