Charles E. Lucas 1943-2025
HOWLAND — Charles Ernest Lucas, 81, died at home Tuesday, June 10, 2025.
Chuck was born July 14, 1943, in Warren.
He retired from management for the state of Florida Toll Booth Operations.
Survivors include his wife, Sandra Lee Rowland Lucas; two sons, Charles Lucas of Frederick, Colorado, and Timothy of Punta Gorda, Florida; and his daughter, Cathleen.
He was preceded in by a brother.
A private family memorial service will take place at a later date.
