WARREN — Donald Vincent, 73, died Monday, May 12, 2025, at St. Joseph Warren Hospital.
He was born Aug. 11, 1951, in Arkansas, the son of Buster and Marylene Turner Vincent.
He retired as a U.S. Postal Service carrier.
Survivors include his fiancee, Christine Stoops of Warren; son, Dalton Stoops of New Wilmington, Pa.; and stepchildren, Lacey Steepleton, Benjamin Stoops and Heather Reitz.
