Anthony Pucci 1934-2025
VIENNA — Anthony “Tony” Pucci, 91, passed away peacefully at home in the early morning hours of Tuesday, May 27, 2025.
He was born on March 10, 1934, in Northern Italy, where he spent the first 25 years of his life.
He then came to the United States with his 4-year-old son, in pursuit of the American dream. He proudly became a U.S. citizen and made Cleveland, Ohio, his home for more than 40 years.
He was a man of many talents and worked various trades. He did everything from engineering to plumbing and landscaping, finally retiring from work in the steel mills.
He met and married the former Stephanie Szmahlo and spent nearly 40 years of marriage with her, until her death in April 2008.
He then met and married the former Jodi Clouser and spent the past 17 years with her, until his passing.
He was preceded in death by his young son, Walter; his parents; several brothers and sisters; and his loving wife, Stephanie.
Besides his wife Jodi, Tony is survived by his daughter, Gabi Pucci of Vienna, Ohio; his son, Anthony “Tony” Spirito, formerly of Youngstown, Ohio, now residing in Cleveland, Ohio; and his stepson, Nicholas Culver of Greenville, Pa. He was also PopPop to grandson, Arlo Culver of Greenville, Pa.

There will be no calling hours. The family will have a private graveside service at All Souls Cemetery in Chardon, Ohio.
