Michael N. Settle 1959-2024

He was born Dec. 29, 1959, in Warren, a son of the late Russell and Beverly Hane Settle.

Michael worked as a union bricklayer. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, throwing darts, bowling and playing pool. Michael rooted for the Indians, Browns and Buckeyes. His favorite thing to do was to grill for his family and friends while having a beer. Michael loved his family and friends dearly, especially his grandchildren.

He is survived by his daughter, Melissa (Jason) Jenkins; son, Michael B. Settle; brothers, Russell T. Settle, Dale (Michelle) Settle and David (Monica) Settle; brother-in-law, Robert Anthony; grandchildren, Evan, Kaiden, Audrey and Olivia Jenkins, along with many nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, he was also preceded in death by a sister, Terri Settle-Anthony; brothers, Edward A. Settle and Mark L. Settle; and a nephew, Dale Settle Jr.

Visitation will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. Friday, Dec. 20, 2024, at the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home.
