Rose Armstrong-Sparks 1958-2024
WARREN — Rose Ann Armstrong Sparks, 66, died Friday, Oct. 11, 2024, at St. Joseph Warren Hospital.
She was born Jan. 31, 1958, in Warren, a daughter of John Armstrong and Cora Lee Alls Armstrong.
She retired as a home health aide and attended Greater St. John and King of Kings churches.
Survivors include her son, Aaron Sparks of Akron; brothers, Robert Alls, Ezra Alls and Robert Jordan III; and sisters, Barbara Armstrong Wright, Linda Armstrong Spellman, Irish Finn, Esther Grimes and Pamela Armstrong.
Rose was preceded in death by her husband, Ivan Sparks; son, Christopher; daughter, Candice; two brothers, and one sister.
Services will be 1 p.m., with calling hours from noon to 1 p.m. Monday, at the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home.
Interment will be in Pineview Memorial Park.
