Robert S. Kittle

DELAWARE, Ohio — Robert Stewart Kittle, 46, passed away suddenly Monday, Oct. 14, 2024, in Delaware, Ohio. Born Oct. 28, 1977, in Warren, Rob lived a life marked by the love and connections he fostered with those around him.

He leaves behind his loving spouse, Hannah Kittle, and the love of his life, Nugget; and his parents, Robert and Linda Kittle and Margaret Stewart. Robert’s extended family includes his aunts, Paula (Ralph) Mullenax, Evelyn Umbright, Janet (Danny) McCloud and Barbara Ann (Tony) Kazulen; his uncles, Squire (Mona) Kittle and John (Pam) Kittle; and his brothers from another mother, Rashawn, Bud, Chris, Brandon and Mike. He was a cherished part of a large family of cousins, nieces and nephews.

Rob was preceded in death by his uncle Danny Stewart, and his grandparents.

Rob’s greatest accomplishment was when he dedicated his life to his heavenly father Jehovah on April 20, 1996. Throughout his life, Rob was one of Jehovah’s Witnesses, a commitment that reflected his faith and values. He will be remembered as a dedicated and compassionate individual. Even during his most difficult days, Rob spent his time in service to Jehovah and helping others come to a knowledge of the Bible.

Rob’s favorite pastime was spending time in Jehovah’s creation at Kittle Camp in West Virginia. Rob talked about Kittle Camp and his yearly boys’ trip to everyone he came in contact with. Rob loved spending time with his brothers around a campfire and eating good food.

The family kindly requests that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Jehovah’s Witnesses. Contributions can be directed through their official website at jw.org, which also offers resources for coping with grief and loss.

A memorial talk will be 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 2, 2024, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 3102 Baker Road, Delaware, OH 43015. The service will be available by Zoom; please contact a family member for information.
