Richard A. Maley 1946-2024
WARREN — Richard A. Maley, 77, passed away Friday, Oct. 11, 2024, at his home, surrounded by his loved ones.
Richard was born Nov. 16, 1946, the son of Andrew and Anastasia Kobasiar Maley.
In 1964, Richard graduated from Howland High School.
Richard married the love of his life, Michele Misier Maley, and they shared 53 wonderful years.
Richard was an avid train collector and Cleveland baseball fan. He was a director and winner of the soapbox derby. Richard retired from Copperweld Steel after working there for over 30 years.
Richard will be sadly missed by his wife, Michele; daughters, Renee (Russell) Bullers and Jennifer (Dominique) Roberts; grandchildren, Michael (Hailee), Matthew (Kenzie) and Mason (Kassidy) Bullers, and Amari, Maley, Christian and Israel Roberts; great-granddaughter, Charlotte Bullers; brother, Robert Maley; and his fur babies, Spooky and Lucy.
Richard was preceded in death by his parents, and sister-in-law, Janet Maley.
Per Richard’s request, he has donated his body to Case Western Reserve School of Medicine.
A private celebration of life will be celebrated.
