James E. Kellar Sr. 1944-2024
								WARREN — James “Jim” Edward Kellar Sr., 80, passed away peacefully and surrounded by family, Saturday, Oct. 19, 2024, at St. Joseph Warren Hospital.
He was born May 25, 1944, in Warren, a son of the late Leroy F. Kellar and the late Nellie M. Kellar.
Jim retired after working 40 years for Master Builders.
Jim was a member of the Warren Moose Lodge and played in a dart league at Faces. He enjoyed being an avid Harley rider and watching the Guardians and Browns games. His favorite thing was hanging out with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He will greatly be missed by his family and friends.
He is survived by his sons, Jim Jr. (Tonja) Kellar, Bruce Kellar and Chris (Michele) Kellar; daughter, Terri Kellar; sisters, Sandy (William) Eckroate and Linda (Edward) Wortman; brothers, Jack (Kathy) Kellar and Sam (Sally) Kellar; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and one great-grandchild on the way.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Leroy Kellar and Raymond Kellar; and sisters, Delores McQuain, Irene McCauley and Virginia (Ginger) Sherman.
Family and friends may call 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 24, 2024, at Carl W. Hall Funeral Home.
