Gloria Cochran 1943-2024
WARREN — Gloria “Nadine” Cochran, 81, of Warren, passed away Thursday, Oct. 3, 2024, at Gillette Nursing Home, with her family by her side.
She was born March 29, 1943, in Guardian, W.Va., a daughter of the late Haze R. Hall and the late Beatrice Bell McElwain Hall. She married Warren W. Cochran on April 25, 1964.
Nadine was a wonderful homemaker who loved attending her grandchildren’s sporting events. She was a member of Southington Baptist Church and enjoyed attending the services and events at church. She also cherished traveling with her husband and spending time with family and friends.
She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Warren W. Cochran of Warren; daughters, Terri (David) Nasonti of Howland and Marcy (Michael) Wolner of Ravenna; sisters-in-law, Edith Hall, Donna Hall and Linda Cochran; grandchildren, Alexis and Lucas Nasonti; as well as many nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, Nadine was preceded in death by her sister, Menoka Parrish; brothers, Cletus Hall, Keith (Myrna Gene) Hall, Darryl Hall and Maxell Lynn Hall.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 9, 2024, at Carl W. Hall Funeral Home, where Pastor Larry Dutton will officiate.
Friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 8, 2024, at the funeral home, as well as one hour prior to the service on Wednesday.
Interment will be held in Meadow Brook Memorial Park, Warren.
The family requests that material contributions be made to Southington Baptist Church (4395 State Route 534, Southington, OH 44470), in her memory.
The family would like to give thanks to the staff of Gillette Nursing Home and Akeso Hospice.
