Patricia A. Ropchock 1937-2024

Patricia was born Sept. 25, 1937, in Warren, the daughter of Nicholas and Anna Kostraba Sutyak.

Patricia graduated from Champion High School and had a career for over 30 years with Alcan Aluminum Corp. holding various positions, retiring as executive secretary to the president.

She was an active member of St. William Parish where she volunteered her time with their annual fish fry. Patricia had many passions throughout her life. She enjoyed nature, gardening, going on vacations at Myrtle Beach, and loved her beloved pet dog poodles. She always looked forward to and cherished the time she spent with those she loved. She will be greatly missed.

Patricia will always be remembered by her beloved daughter, Jennifer (O.R.) Henry of Northfield Center; and sister-in-law, Mercedes Sutyak of Howland; along with many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Besides her parents and husband, Patricia was preceded in death by her brother, Donald Sutyak.

Friends and family may pay their respects to Patricia from 10 until 10:50 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 7, 2024, at St William Church, 5411 Mahoning Ave NW, Champion, where a Funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. with Father Ryan Furlong as celebrant.

Burial will take place at All Souls Cemetery in Bazetta at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Patricia’s name to St William Church, 5411 Mahoning Ave. NW, Warren, OH 44483.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the professional care of the Peter Rossi & Son Memorial Chapel, 1884 North Road NE, Warren.
