Eric J. Shannon 1986-2023
WARREN — Eric J. Shannon, 36, died Sunday, Sept. 24, 2023, following complications of gunshot wounds.
He was born Nov. 11, 1986, in Warren, the son of James Sr. and Anita Mitchell Shannon.
He was employed at Anderson-DuBose Company and in construction, including the remodeling of the Robins Theater.
Survivors include his father and stepmother, James Sr. and Sharon Shannon of Warren; sisters, Maria Parks of Phoenix, and Hope Parks of Warren; brothers, James Jr., Marques, Rashawn, Rashaud, Randale and Ryan Shannon, all of Warren; and many nieces and nephews.
Eric was preceded in death by his mother.
Calling hours will be 10 to 11 a.m., Monday followed by funeral services at 11 a.m., at Staton-Borowski Funeral Home, which handled arrangements.
