Alan R. Hunt III 1968-2023

He was born June 7, 1968, in Warren, the son of Allen and Lucy Hunt.

Alan was a graduate of Warren G. Harding High School, Class of 1986.

He was a hardworking man, spending many years as a steel roller in the steel mills.

Alan had a lot of struggles in life and tried hard to overcome them. Despite his struggles, he was one of the most kind and loving people. He was always there to help his family and friends, ready to offer support or a listening ear. His kindness and generosity will be remembered by all who knew him.

Alan was a devoted father to his four children, Alyssa Hunt (Josh Garland) of Mineral Ridge, Toni Hunt of Vienna, Craig Hunt (Kaitlynn Moore) of Howland and Tommy Hunt (Mackenzie Graham) of Warren. He was a doting grandfather to his four grandchildren, Emma, Gracie, Lucy and Cambree.

In addition to his father and children, Alan is survived by his siblings, Marsha Hunt Dzurinda of Cortland and Eric (Ronni) Hunt of Bazetta. He also leaves behind his loving partner, Heather Bowman.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Lucy Hunt.

A memorial service will be held 3 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 19, 2023, at Beacon of Hope Church, 3559 N. Park Ave., Warren, OH 44483, officiated by Pastor Gary Hennessey. A dinner will follow the service.

Family and friends may visit 2 to 3 p.m. Saturday at the church.
