Gilbert A. Vigil 1945-2022
WARREN — Gilbert Anthony “Gebo” Vigil, 77, of Warren, died Friday, Jan. 28, 2022, at St. Joseph Warren Hospital.
He was born Jan. 19, 1945, in Denver, Colo., a son of Eloy Vigil Sr.and Anita Trujillo Vigil.
Gilbert retired from General Motors Lordstown after working for over 30 years. He was a veteran of the United States Army.
Survivors include his sons, Gilbert Anthony Vigil Jr. and Matthew Raymond Vigil, both of Kansas City, Kansas; siblings; Florence Martines of Albuquerque, N.M., Patricia “Patsy” Vigil and Paula Baca, both of Denver, Virginia Ivey of Couer d’Alene, Idaho, and Angelina Delgadillo and Charlene Vigil-Diaz, both of Denver; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a sister and two brothers.
There will be no public services at this time. Carl W. Hall Funeral Home is assisting with the arrangements for cremation.
