Timothy D. Rhinehart 1954-2019

MINERAL RIDGE — Timothy David Rhinehart, 64, of Mineral Ridge, passed away Monday, Jan. 14, 2019, at his home.

Tim was born on March 6, 1954, in Warren, the son of William and Mildred Wright Rhinehart.

He was a graduate of Mineral Ridge High School. Mr. Rhinehart was employed at General Motors Lordstown Complex for over 32 years. While at General Motors, Tim attended classes at Youngstown State University and obtained his Journeyman’s Card and finished his career at General Motors as a millwright.

Tim was a member of St. Luke’s Episcopal Church. He enjoyed attending AA meetings, watching a good football game, reading books of various topics, discussing politics, caring for his animals and spending quality time with his grandchildren.

His wife, Jodi Shaw Rhinehart, whom he married Sept. 3, 1983, passed away Aug. 24, 2014. Tim cherished Jodi; she was the love of his life and his heart was forever broken the day she passed.

He is survived by his mother, Mildred Wright of Mesa, Ariz.; a son, Timothy Rhinehart Jr. (Jennifer) of Beavercreek, Ohio; daughters, Estella Rhinehart of Mineral Ridge, Emily (Thomas) Hahn of Howland and Carrie Perro (Justin) of Niles; several brothers and a sister; grandchildren, Sophie Rhinehart, Ava Rhinehart, Jacquelyn Rhinehart and Haven Heffner; and godchildren, Vance Keirsey and Rachel Crawford. In addition, he is survived by his loyal animals, Lexi, Arthur and Rascal.

In addition to his father and wife; Tim was preceded in death by a brother, Jeffrey Rhinehart; and a godson, Travis Keirsey.
