McDONALD — Village council has named Rick Sebastian as the new full-time fiscal officer, replacing Robin Debow who resigned Wednesday as she is moving from the village. Sebastian was sworn in to the position at the meeting. Debow, who has worked with the village for eight years, first part-time before becoming the fiscal officer, will assist Sebastian in learning the duties and responsibilities of the position.
