CORTLAND — City Council on Monday approved a 90-day moratorium on underground fiber-optic boring projects while the city develops regulations governing the work. Commissioner: Insight leaders still working to reopen Trumbull hospital

WARREN — When Trumbull County Commissioner Rick Hernandez questioned an official of the former Insight Hospital at Trumbull about whether its employees would be able to move their retirement accounts to new accounts, he was told they likely would be able to do so. Retired Warren detective sues Niles over crash

WARREN — A retired Warren police detective filed a complaint in Niles Municipal Court on Tuesday against the city of Niles, its police department, Niles Mayor Steve Mientkiewicz, other city officials and police officers, as well as Central Ohio Railroad in order to hold them accountable for an accident that caused more than $15,000 in damage to his recreational vehicle.
