Man falls off e-bike, fatally struck by 2 vehicles

WARREN TOWNSHIP — William Blair, 49, of Leavittsburg, was pronounced dead at the scene of a Tuesday night accident on Tod Avenue (state Route 45) near 8th Street. Blair lost control of the electric bike he was riding and fell off the bike around 9:10 p.m, the Ohio State Highway Patrol reported in a news release from the Southington post. WARREN — A $700,000 Small Underserved Disadvantaged Community grant from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency may allow the owners of 43 properties in Weathersfield to receive new waterlines at little to no cost.
