WARREN — Two Warren men identified as suspects in a vehicle theft from a local business’s garage early Friday are set to appear back in court today. Jaqwan Johnson, 31, pleaded not guilty to charges of theft and breaking and entering, and Dequan Dawson, 24, pleaded not guilty to charges of theft and receiving stolen property in Warren Municipal Court. Liberty school board OKs student health services agreement

LIBERTY — Mental health is a growing major problem among young adults, and on Monday, the Liberty Board of Education approved a contract allowing the district to continue to reach more students who may benefit from support. The board approved a contract with Canton-based HWS Best Health LLC, effective Aug. 1 through July 31, 2027, with an annual renewal as provided in the agreement. Girard officials to inspect Lower Lake property for possible mountain bike trail

GIRARD — After visiting a mountain bike trail last month in Lake Milton and meeting with members of the Rust Belt Revival Trail Coalition, some members of city council will travel to Girard Lower Lake this week to see if it is suitable for such a trail. YOUNGSTOWN — Ryan Rach, 36, who was indicted last week on a charge of aggravated vehicular homicide in the Oct. 16 crash that killed Ohio State Highway Patrol Trooper Nicholas Cayton, was arraigned on the charges Monday morning in Mahoning County Common Pleas Court.
