WARREN — A city man reported being robbed of his electric bicycle on Bonnie Brae Avenue NE near Cornell Street on Wednesday morning. The assailant threw the victim to the ground and punched him several times. When the victim fought back, the suspect went to his vehicle, got a gun and ordered the victim to put the bicycle in the suspect’s car and drove away.
