HUBBARD — The city police department has charged two men with the same crime in separate incidents involving minors. Hubbard police Detective Sgt. Michael Banic said members of a civilian group contacted the police department Thursday to report that Joseph Trader, 34, engaged in communications of a sexual nature with a person he believed to be a minor.
