Trumbull County grand jury indicts 27
WARREN — A Trumbull County grand jury on Wednesday returned 27 indictments. The following cases will have arraignments scheduled with the case-assigned judge during their weekly criminal day within the next two weeks.
• Pauline R. Peaco, 56, Belle Street SE, Warren, identity fraud, passing bad checks, receiving stolen property, falsification in a theft offense and attempted theft.
• Jordan D. Edelman, 33, Ogden Avenue, Warren, strangulation and domestic violence.
• Danae Williams, 37, Akron, illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto grounds of a governmental facility and misdemeanor possession of drugs.
• Rashaun Carter, 27, Cleveland, illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto grounds of a governmental facility and misdemeanor possession of drugs.
• Tyler Gilmour, 36, Tibbetts Wick Road, Girard, aggravated possession of drugs and misdemeanor possession of drugs, both with a forfeiture specification.
• Joseph L. Cales, 37, Newton Drive, Newton Falls, aggravated possession of drugs.
• Lawrence K. Dunmire III, 30, Dickey Avenue, Warren, two counts of felony receiving stolen property, grand theft, one misdemeanor count of receiving stolen property, operating a motor vehicle with invalid license plate or identification mark, possessing criminal tools and theft. Dunmire also has a second case of breaking and entering and theft.
• Jered O. Brady, 47, Risher Road SW, Warren, possession of cocaine with a forfeiture specification.
• Jospeh A. McCudden, 31. Allen Drive, Youngstown, receiving stolen property.
• Ronnell T. Roland, 31, Buckeye Court, Youngstown, aggravated possession of drugs.
• Dwight L. Mason,51, Oriole Place, Warren, possession of cocaine.
• Alexander Solorzano-Benavides, 22, North Royalton, failure to comply with order/signal of police officer with a firearm specification and possessing criminal tools.
• Jay’Mar K. Butts, 21, Deerfield Avenue SW, Warren, assault and misdemeanor criminal damaging/endangering.
• Jody A. Elliott, 47, Victor Avenue, Niles, aggravated possession of drugs, misdemeanor illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under suspension.
• Damon Lariche, 43, Tod Avenue SW, Warren, two counts kidnapping, one count of felonious assault and one count of misdemeanor menacing.
• Jared B. Wilson, 48, Kenilworth Avenue SE, Warren, theft from a person in a protected class, forgery and misdemeanor theft.
• Shayne Nichols, 28, North Road SE, Niles, possession of a fentanyl-related compound and OVI.
• Joshua J. Noe, 39, Hood Street SW, Warren, theft.
• Christin M. Noe, 43, Iowa Avenue NW, Warren, theft.
• Michael L. Harris, 34, Laurel Street, Youngstown, failure to comply with order/signal of police officer.
• Chandler A. Ignasiak, 25, Tod Place, Warren, failure to register.
• Zachary J. Halicki-Landis, 19, Second Street, Masury, five counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and one count of disseminating matter harmful to juveniles.
• Andre L. Furlow Jr., 24, Swallow Street SW, Warren, failure to comply with signal/order of police officer and receiving stolen property.
• David Russell, 45. Fairview Avenue, Niles, burglary and having weapons while under disability.
• Christopher Swartz, 46, Peach Lane SW, Warren, possession of cocaine.
The following misdemeanor case was remanded to a lower court:
• Carolos R. Gonzales, 30, Jefferson Street SW, Warren, OVI.
