Fiscal Officer Stacy Foster said the employees will receive a 3% increase in salary on the base pay. She said each employee also will contribute 1% to their health care effective Jan. 1, 2027 just as they contributed 1% effective Jan. 1, 2026.

Foster said the 1% increase effective in 2027 will bring each employee’s contribution to 12% for health care.
