Grand jury hands down 34 indictments

WARREN — A Trumbull County grand jury returned 34 indictments, including one secret or sealed indictment, in its latest session last week.

The following cases will have arraignments scheduled with the case-assigned judge during their weekly criminal day within the next two weeks:

• Anthony W. Kaczmark, 46, King Street, Youngstown, aggravated possession of drugs.

• Esamuel Rosado, 47, Charles Avenue NE, Warren, theft.

• Alexis N. Hawes, 35, Surrey Pointe, Warren, aggravated possession of drugs.

• Autumn Shaffer, 42, South Feederle SE, Warren, aggravated possession of drugs.

• Doria J. Johnson, 47, Martin Street SW,Warren, domestic violence.

• Aaron D. McGrath, 30, Willis Avenue, Youngstown, tampering with evidence, aggravated possession of drugs, possession of heroin, possession of a fentanyl-related compound, and misdemeanor counts of possessing drug abuse instruments and illegal use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Nathan J. Thomas, 44, Park Road, Leavittsburg, aggravated possession of drugs and misdemeanor possession of drugs.

• Jason Law, 46, South Osborn Avenue, Youngstown, theft.

• William J. Hunter III, 36, Idylwild Street NW, Warren, failure to comply with order/signal of police officer, and two counts misdemeanor assault.

• Dawna Martin, 40, Terrace Street, Struthers, breaking and entering, and theft.

• Summer R. Votino, 48, North Feederle Drive SE, Warren, possession of a fentanyl-related compound and receiving stolen property.

• Gene Grant, 19, Northwest Boulevard NW, Warren, carrying concealed weapons.

• Ryan S. Morris, 41, Federal Street NW, Warren, two counts OVI with repeat OVI offender specification and specification for vehicle forfeiture, and harassment with a bodily substance.

• Joseph P. Campbell, 33, Mahan Denman Road, North Bloomfield, two counts assault.

• Jacquelyn B. Jue, 44, Sheridan Avenue, Warren, two counts OVI with specifications for forfeiture.

• Anita D. Acord, 53, Robinwood Drive, Warren, aggravated possession of drugs.

• Brianna M. McDowell, 21, High Street, West Farmington, three counts aggravated vehicular assault and OVI.

• Bradley A. Hartford, 41, Mahoning Avenue NW, Warren, failure to comply with order/signal of police officer, unauthorized use of vehicle and misdemeanor obstructing official business.

• Sydney V. Peterman, 24, Porter Street NE, Warren, misuse of 911 system.

• Dillon M. McDermott, 34, Larchmont Avenue NE, possession of cocaine.

• Malachi Linderman, 23, Charles Avenue NE, Warren, two counts robbery.

• Justin L. Fry-Starrett, 32, Laurel Street, Youngstown, superseding indictment, domestic violence, failure to comply with order/signal of police officer and felonious assault.

• Bryan K. Moffett, 53, East Myrtle Avenue, Youngstown, illegal conveyance of drugs onto grounds of governmental facility and possession of heroin.

• Dex E. Parkey, 37, Scott Street NE, Warren, possession of cocaine, possession of heroin, possession of fentanyl-related compound and aggravated possession of drugs.

• Lance Holbrook, 23, DeForest Avenue SE, Warren, escape.

• Brian C. Whitmore, 41, Lane Drive, Warren, aggravated possession of drugs.

• Ronndle L. Lightning Jr., 26, Stephens Avenue NW, Warren, failure to comply with order/signal of police officer.

• Tia M. Rutherford, 39, Newton Drive, Newton Falls, superseding indictment, aggravated possession of drugs.

The following misdemeanor cases were remanded to a lower court:

• Denise L. Keeney, 57, Highland Avenue SW, Warren, OVI.

• Jessica A. Mort, 34, Tod Avenue, Warren, two counts, cruelty to companion animals.

• Robert M. Helman, 47, Clemmens Avenue NW, Warren, two counts, cruelty to companion animals.

• Felicia E. Williams, 55, Cleveland, assault.

• Jamal Williams, 39, Cleveland, aggravated menacing.
