Cows killed in Bristol barn fire
BRISTOL — The Bristol Township Fire Department is investigating a Wednesday barn fire that destroyed a building and killed 10 head of cattle.
A fire department spokesman said they were called to the barn fire on Route 45 after 5 p.m. Wednesday with several area fire departments assisting Bristol at the scene.
When crews arrived at the scene smoke and flames could be seen coming from the roof of the barn. Crews were at the scene for several hours.
No people were injured at the scene.
Officials said the cause of the fire is under investigation.
