MASURY — The Brookfield Fire Department and Ohio State Highway Patrol responded to a fatal crash Sunday evening at the intersection of state Route 82 and Addison Road involving a vehicle and motorcycle.

A spokesperson with the patrol said crews were called after 6 p.m. to the crash. Crews were still at the scene late Sunday.

Reports state there were three people involved in the accident. No names were available Sunday night, but it was confirmed that at least one person died.

One lane of Route 82 westbound was blocked off for several hours.

Crews from Hubbard, Vienna and Burghill fire departments were called to assist Brookfield and the patrol at the scene.
