WHAT: Trustees meeting Tuesday
PRESENT: Ed Anthony, Tyler Wilson and Ryan Yoho
Trustees:
• Approved the promotion of Michael Brown to full-time patrolman.
• Heard from Road Superintendent David King that roads are in poor condition because of the severe weather conditions this winter, which included significant snowfall, ice and fluctuating temperatures.
• Approved Wilson, Jason Minor, fiscal officer Christopher Haught, fire Chief Joseph Natali and Mark Wolzanzyk as members to the cyber advisory board.
• Approved Anthony, Derek Marsh, Rob Meeker and Jamie Hoffmann to the health care advisory board.
• Are seeking applicants for the part-time zoning inspector. Wilson, who was zoning inspector when elected a trustee, will stay in the position until a replacement is found.
• Heard from Lauren Hill, director of government affairs for the county engineer’s office, that the office will meet with trustees on any road or sidewalk issues. Residents said they are concerned with the sidewalks off South Leavitt Road by the dam. The county engineer meeting/dinner is April 8.
